Just got in from a gig in Chester supporting local band Science of the Lamps and Snow Apple from Amsterdam.
Really great night! Voice not in the best of shape to be honest, but as usual people didn’t seem to notice as much as I did. Steph Baker got up and sang on a few songs as well.
Terrific seeing the Lamps with a drummer – Luke Moore in particular seemed to have really got into it on the cello – was like watching Mr Darcey rock out.
